Refund Policy

Digital products

Digital products are delivered instantly by download, so they can't be "returned". We refund a digital purchase when the files are defective, corrupt, or materially not as described and we can't fix it — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that never completed, we refund the difference in full — no questions asked.

Physical goods

For physical items (when listed): you may return unused items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping is on you unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

How to claim

Email booking@viralmusic.id with your order ID and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back through your original payment method via Xendit and typically settle within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you hold under Indonesian consumer protection law.
