What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, email address, and the order details. If you create an account we also store your login email and, optionally, a profile name and phone number. Newsletter signup stores your email only.

How we use it

We use your data to process orders, send receipts and download links, power your account's order history, and — only if you subscribed — send the newsletter. We don't sell your data, ever.

Payments

Payments run on Xendit's hosted pages. Your card, bank, or e-wallet details go directly to Xendit and never touch our servers. See Xendit's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Storage & sharing

Your data lives in our database hosted on Supabase (managed Postgres). It is shared only with the processors needed to run the store — payment (Xendit) and transactional email — and with no one else.

Cookies

We use only functional cookies and local storage: your session, cart, language, and theme preference. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Email booking@viralmusic.id and we'll sort it out.
