Overview

This store is operated by Viral Music, Indonesia. By placing an order at store.viralmusic.id you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

Products & pricing

We sell digital products (sample packs, plugins, project files) and occasionally physical gear. Prices are shown in USD on the English storefront and in IDR on the Indonesian storefront; each is set independently, not converted.

Prices can change at any time. If a listing contains an obvious pricing error we may cancel and refund the affected order before fulfilment.

Orders & payment

Payment is handled by Xendit on a hosted, secure payment page — we never see or store your card or e-wallet details. Your order is confirmed once the payment is confirmed; unpaid invoices expire automatically.

All order totals are recalculated on our servers from the current catalog at checkout. The amount on the payment page is authoritative.

Digital goods license

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it in your own musical works, including commercial releases.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the files themselves — as-is or renamed — whether free or paid.

Accounts & guest checkout

You can check out as a guest — your receipt email contains your download links. Creating an account with the same email lets you re-download anytime from your order history.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and your email address accurate.

Liability

The store and its products are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
